On Tour of Britain

Congratulations to Clara Mannion who is selected for the Echoes of Erin tour of Britian.  Clara who is the current All-Ireland under 18 concertina champion was also a member of Comhaltas tour of Ireland group last year.  Also on tour is fiddle player Rebecca McCarthy Kent from the Tramore branch, a former All-Ireland winner.  These two excellent musicians have brought great honour to their Comhaltas branches and to County Waterford.  The annual Comhaltas tour of Britian is very popular among Irish communities across the water.  If you wish to advise relations or friends about dates and venues check out the Comhaltas website at www.comhaltas.ie.
