Seachtain na Gaeilge

20th March 2013
And as Saint Patrick goes back into hibernation and we say Slán to Seachtain na Gaeilge for another twelve months, here in the Comeraghs we are confident that the Gaeilge won't be hibernating alongside the national Saint! Apparently, a recent investigation amongst the parents of children attending our music classes and our adult branch members has revealed that many of them are interested in opportunities to improve their use of gaeilge in everyday situations. This is something that we warmly welcome and we are now considering how we can provide opportunities to progress this. The youngsters in the meantime continue to enjoy their weekly Irish sessions with Áine Uí Cheallaigh.
